A Professional Master of Ceremonies for all events! Every function whether it be large and small, not only take time, money and preparation, but also very importantly, require careful co-ordination and presentation on the day.
Whatever you are planning whether it be a fine and formal VIP Banquet, Award Ceremony or a prestigious Gala Dinner or even just a small informal Cocktail Reception, our involvement can be as much or as little as required. The reception of your guests,introductions for speeches or to act as your host for the whole occasion, there are many advantages to have one of us as your Professional Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies.
- You can devote your time to entertaining your friends and colleagues knowing that your plans are in the hands of a trusted professional. We can assist you to take everything in your stride from the reception of your guests through to the introductions and starting of the dancing we provide friendly formality and style with a smile.
- Before the day, we are available for consultation and advice.
- On the day, we are there to interlink with all the facets of the event, the organisers, caterers, entertainment, the photographers and depending on the size and scale of the function, the event managers, production professionals, sound technicians etc. We work as part of the team to ensure its smooth running, make announcements 'in vision' or off stage, with professional 'voice of god' style Voice Overs.
We structure our services according to the requirements of the event. As well as the visual impact of our traditional uniform for formal occasions, for many functions we are asked to adopt a less formal dress code (to be discussed with client).
