At your reception, it is invaluable to have one of us as your professional Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies.   We are there not only to introduce the speeches!    We offer much more!   We offer an individual service to ensure your reception is stress free, enabling you to enjoy the company of your family, friends and guests. 


Whether it is a formal or relaxed day that you are planning, with one of us at your side, we will  co-ordinate your plans and ensure things run smoothly for you on the day.  

Many couples find it invaluable to use our services.  Why is this? The question can simply be answered by asking yourself whether you want to undertake the management of your arrangements on the day or simply enjoy yourselves!

You may well have spent many thousands of pounds on the venue, the catering, the photographer, videographer and entertainment, but have you thought about how things will actually work for you on the day?

Where we can help.   As we have attended and organised many weddings and functions, we have the experience to assist you to solve the many problems that you might face.

Before the day we are available for ongoing advice and support.   Where possible we  meet and discuss all the options available to you and together design your wedding reception to your own very individual requirements. 

This will include:

a running order,
how you will meet your guests,
when and where the cake will be cut,
how the speeches will take place,
agree all introductions and announcements,
how you will enter and exit the reception

and much more besides
 
Assistance is also available for the preparation and rehearsals of your speeches if required.

On the day we interlink with everyone, the photographer, the entertainment, the banquetting manager and all professionals, not forgetting you and all your guests!   Of course we will be there to manage and guide you through the whole process.   All you have to do is enjoy yourselves!

Fees negotiable depending on your individual requirements for the day
